Face Yoga is a combination of techniques for the face - exercise, massage, acupressure, relaxation and wellness. And the wonderful thing is that you can do it all yourself in the comfort of your own home. The simple techniques can become part of your daily skincare routine.
The benefits of Face Yoga are a smoother complexion through relaxing muscles and tightening the skin, a brighter complexion through removing any build up of toxins and increasing circulation. Our complexion naturally becomes brighter and clearer and gives you can overall radiance and glow!

Face Yoga Teacher | Meditation Coach | Author | Founder of Rebecca Narvaez Face Yoga & Wellness
Hi! I'm Rebecca — a certified Face Yoga Teacher, Meditation Coach, and Author based in beautiful Greenwich, Connecticut. Originally from Surrey, England, I moved to the U.S. 14 years ago and fell in love with the calm energy of living near the water. Now, I can't imagine living anywhere else!
I’m a proud mom of three amazing kids, wife to a wonderful husband, and pet-mama to two dogs and a cat — life is busy, but full of joy.
My journey into face yoga started with my own skincare struggles. I dealt with acne for most of my life and, as I’ve grown older, the signs of aging became a new challenge. When I discovered face yoga, everything changed. It gave me back a sense of control — not just over my skin, but over how I feel in my body and mind. Now I get to help others do the same.
I’m also the author of two books for children:
Nighttime Doodle & Scribble Book, a creative, calming tool to help kids reduce bedtime anxiety, and
Happy Breaths, Calm Minds, a playful guide introducing face yoga and mindful breathing to young minds.
Before this chapter, I worked in event management and marketing for large corporate firms in London — a career that took me around the world and gave me incredible experiences (and the best food!). But my heart has always been in wellness and beauty, so I feel incredibly grateful to have turned that passion into a career that supports others.

At Rebecca Narvaez Face Yoga & Wellness, the mission goes beyond skincare — it's about helping people of all ages feel calm, connected, and confident in their own mind, body, and skin.
Rebecca is a certified face yoga and wellness teacher with additional certifications in meditation and breath work, passionate about natural methods that support both outer radiance and inner peace. While she continues to teach face yoga techniques that lift, tone, and relax the face, her approach now embraces a broader vision of wellness — rooted in mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, and nervous system support.
Rebecca specializes in gentle, accessible practices that:
Boost circulation for a natural glow and healthy skin regeneration
Support lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness and detoxify
Use facial massage and acupressure to ease tension and promote energy flow
Incorporate breath work and meditation to calm the mind and body

As a mom and wellness educator, Rebecca is especially passionate about giving our younger generation the tools to navigate big feelings from an early age. She believes mindfulness and emotional regulation should be taught young — in fun, engaging, and age-appropriate ways.
